Will I have to work with a bunch of technology "geeks?"
Our spouses may disagree, but we certainly don't think so. Moose Logic is staffed with experienced small business owners. Our critical benefit to you is we look for technical solutions to your business problems - we speak your language. That is not to say we don't like to watch those monster-robot building shows on cable, but we won't talk to you about that. Unless you want us to.

Can I trust your products and services?

Will you come in and disrupt my office for hours to "set up" our system?
No. That has not been our experience. Many network providers are 'learning' when they come in to build your system. At Moose Logic we prefer to use our experience to design, build and test your new systems in OUR office. We create here and bring our solutions to your doorstep for rapid installation. In addition we use the latest technologies to monitor, repair and maintain your systems remotely, which allows us to keep your systems running smoothly with minimal impact to your business.
Can anyone subscribe to your MooseGuardTM support plans?
No. To fully benefit from reliable services and products, our clients must meet a minimum threshold of current and compatible computing products. Most of our clients have met this threshold. As a courtesy, we offer an introductory network audit to survey your existing infrastructure, to understand your business goals and to ensure a partnership fit. We will identify any obstacles to your system's performance and, most often, suggest a remedy.
Will I lose control of my systems if I sign up for a MooseGuardplan?
No. Although we do maintain 100% accountability for your satisfaction, and your systems' performance, the products and tools are yours. We simply take away the headaches - you keep the assets.
With MooseGuard, will I have to buy an entirely new system? No. To effectively manage your network systems, Moose Logic does require a minimum level of product compatibility and currentness. This may mean some upgrades to existing equipment. Most of our clients come to us with computing components that we work to integrate into a new system that will help their business grow.
I just need someone to come fix my system - can you do that?

Why do you have such a funny name?
How
did you come up with "Moose Logic?"Would you prefer Computer Consulting Services? "CCS" was the name we opened with in 1993. A very corporate name. A very forgettable name. By 1996, there were 800 organizations using the highly descriptive, easy to remember name Computer Consulting Services, or something so close as to be indistinguishable. After hundreds of hours with focus groups and thousands of dollars in branding consulting, we found ourselves engaged in yet another hops- and barley-related tasting exercise. This exercise lead to an epiphany - we like bottles with pictures of moose on the label. Moose Logic was born, of hops, barley, experience, expertise and accountability.
Haven't Moose caused a lot of accidents?
According to the most recent research, the vast majority of moose-related accidents are caused by tired drivers, inebriated hunters and small children shouting "Boris, Natasha!". At Moose Logic we are committed to driving alert, hunting only for our keys and most of us are way past having small children.
